During our office hours our staff of opticians, optometric technicians, and optical technicians will be available to help you!  Leslie is our lead optician at Eagle Eyes Central and has a wealth of experience helping a wide variety of patients and working with many insurances. Our office staff schedule is flexible and is adjusted from week to week to make staff available where they are needed most. 

We do not always have a doctor in our office. Dr. Roark and Dr. Mayhew work at all three of our locations so that we can offer greater convenience to our patients in different parts of the city. Call us to schedule an appointment at 719-597-4423

Eagle Eyes Central has an Eidon Fundus Camera that can take detailed pictures of the back of the eyes as well as an Optovue OCT that can perform high resolution 3D scans. 

Our Central office also contains our optical lab, so if you need a cut and edge appointment, that appointment will need to be scheduled at our Central office. Our lab hours vary depending on the availability of our lab technicians and are subject to change. For this reason it is always necessary to call ahead if the services of our lab are needed so that we can make sure a lab technician or optician will be available.

Eagle Eyes Central is located just to the north of the Citadel Mall in a square white building with green trim. This building is located on the corner of Galley and a small residential street named Auburn. Our office is on the west side of the building, facing Auburn, and there is parking available both on Auburn and in a small parking lot behind the building on the north side. This parking lot can be accessed from Auburn or from Galley.
